Perfect Play:

Turn 1: Sunspot or Misty Knight (lane 1)

Turn 2: Shoker (lane 1)

Turn 3: Patriot (lane 2)

Turn 4: Mystique or Kazar (lane 2)

Turn 5: Blue marvel (lane 2)

Turn 6: Ultron (lane 2)

All the other cards are in case if you don't have Ultron.

Replaceble cards:

- Misty Knight -> Squirell Girl

- Debrii -> the Thing

- Mystique -> An other 'No Ability' card

And ofc you can replace Ultron -> Hulk, but I don't recommand it because Ultron spreads the power and Hulk doesn't.
