So this deck is centered around Cerebro, obviously a deck centered around one card will have consistency issues.
It has 3 power discard package to get more 3 power cards out to get buffed by Cerebro, Blue Marvel buffs all cards to his power, so he also gains a buff.
Absorbing Man might work by Cerebro -> Mystique -> Absorbing Man, but also could be useful to copy the other cards.
Mystique for double Cerebro effect
Valkyrie will buff Cerebro and Mystique up to the same power to also get the buff (potentially 5 energy for 21 power that turn) while potentially lowering power for opponent.
