With this deck, which is very unimpressive at first glance, I currently win 9 out of 10 battles.
Ideally, you can play the Quinjet on the first turn and the Collector on the second turn.
Basically, the deck thrives on getting as many cards in your hand as possible through Moon Girl, Agent 13, White Queen, Cable, and Sentinel, which then cost a lot less with the Quinjet and score points with the Collector.
If you are lucky enough to play both of them and then also play Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, your opponents will often give up.
If the ideal form (see above) does not appear, Blue Marvel can help to raise the many cheap cards to a good point level.
