Your main win condition is Destroyer , but sometimes the best play would be not to play this card, keep that in mind. You need to protect at least one lane and destroy everything else with Destroyer . But you can also win with destroyed cards and empty.
Your protect cards will be Cosmo (so you can disable Destroyer on reveal), Armor (for ovious reasons) and Professor X .
I mostly start with a destroy style game on some lane (left, or center), placing The Hood (to get then Demon that would become really valuable most of the times), Nova , Bucky Barnes and Sabretooth . Then Carnage or Deathlok to get rid of them and them you have to protect this lane, most of the times with Armor .
You can also let The Hood / Nova on a lane that will be destroyed on final move with Destroyer .
Reserve you Sabretooth after being destroyed (with 0 cost) to place it with Professor X or final turn after Destroyer .
If you already got Destroyer before turn 4 you could place Cosmo on the lane you plan to play Destroyer (so it would not destroy other cards), Cosmo is also helpful to interfere with your adversaries plans if you get where they're gonna play some reveal cards.
If you can really discard some lane (empty) then use Warpath (at a protected one). Also Klaw could be of some help to get some power on empty/weak/non playable lanes.
Professor X should be used only to protect a lane or try to sneak some cheap lane with help of Demon (1-6) and Sabretooth .
Final move would be Destroyer and Sabretooth (0-4) most of the times, remember to get all the valuable cards protected before him ;-)
