Devil's Moon

This deck has served me well and allowed me to quickly climb from Rank 20 to 37 and counting in about a week. The goal is to build your hand count using On Reveal cards below, then play Devil Dinosaur to solidify the win.

Deck Playstyle

First Round Options

Elektra - Great when you're not starting player and you want to take out any 1 Cost opponent cards (e.g., Sunspot)

Agent 13 - This wildcard allows you to switch playstyles early on if it plays right. And it keeps your opponent guessing.

Nightcrawler - An easy starter card with the option to move to locations to take advantage of its power (e.g., K'un Lun)

Second Round Options

Nova - If I think my opponent is playing to destroy my cards, or if the location suits it, this is a good one to play. Otherwise, keep in hand for Dinosaur.

The Collector - Play this early in Round 2 if you can to start to build your location power. Play at a separate location from one you will be fighting power over to win in the endgame.

Cable - Cable gives you insight into your opponents deck and gives you an extra card towards your hand.

Sentinel - Essential to play this one to both add a good 3 power to a location, building your Collector power and setting up for Dinosaur in Round 5-6.

Third Round Options

Morph - This is another wildcard. Since it has 0 power I usually only play this at locations where I'm trying to get lucky. Otherwise, keep in hand.

This round is the halfway mark. Hopefully you've gathered Dinosaur by this point.

Fourth Round Options

Shang-Chi - I keep this one in my back pocket for Round 5. If your opponent has their strong cards already at a location (9+ power), this card is an absolute beast to hit them with.

Moon Girl - Fly me to the moon. This card duplicates your hand, which builds Collector power and sets up for a nuclear Dinosaur in Round 5 or 6.

Fifth and Sixth Round Options

Devil Dinosaur - If you've got this card in your hand now's the time to play it. The Devil's Moon glows red tonight, my friend.

America Chavez - If for some unlucky reason you didn't draw Dinosaur this game, this might help you squeak by with a victory even still with a solid 9 power.
