This deck has the distinct purpose of having the most full hand as possible for what could be 2-or-more Devil Dinosaurs on the playing field.
As long as you are drawing cards, you may as well capitalize on that with the addition of The Collector (+1 power for cards entering your hand from anywhere BUT your own deck).
