Try to stop opposing Novas from going off using Cosmo and Armor. Armor can also protect Ant-Man and Quinjet from destruction by Killmonger or Elektra. Wong is to double Spectrum's effect, hopefully emulating a "double Nova" while your other cards deny your opponent the same. If you don't draw Spectrum, backup plan is "Carnage" Nova of your own. Or, if you draw don't draw Nova but you do draw Venom and Armor, you can play Venom there to get Power for each friendly without killing them (doubled if you have Wong there too). If you don't draw Spectrum the hope is to play out your whole hand so Strong Guy's Ongoing can kick in.
Cloak has two uses: first, he can "reset" Angela to allow more buffs. Second, if your opponent is clever he might play Cosmo after you play Wong to prevent the doubling effect, but with Cloak you can move Wong out from under.
