Deck Description

There is no 'real main card' other than a 'cover card' that explains it all. The obvious expression is based around limitation, ongoing effect, and trying to counter an enemy from either stealing your ongoing effects with Super Skrull or the like ... Heck, that would be where having a Rogue in your deck would come in handy.
