Use Wave (139) to cheat energy on 5s/6s, while making your opponent play a fair game. Leech (74) or Professor X (97) a turn or two early will tilt a game towards your side really quickly (though scooping if X ends up losing a lane is also fine)
Quicksilver (101) and Domino (40) fix a clunky curve, especially when you don't draw Wave. Enchantress (217) / Cosmo (28) / Elektra (44) are meta concessions, but it's easier for Enchantress to eat 1 Dino when you can keep it to 1.
Hulk (58) and Odin (93) on 4 are both great, with Odin re-Waving to keep the game limted even harder, and Hulk being a big beefer with no other investment.
Agent 13 (3) and White Queen (140) mostly just neat. Agent 13 likely more cute than good, could easily be Cable or Mantis but consistently getting random nonsense seems more interesting then getting a Meta card in an off-meta deck. Emma is a legit rate, and getting a copy of any non-America 6 they might be bringing is both knowledge and a potential haymayker.
Lead Agent if possible, QS if needed. Only Elektra when she hits, preferrably Ant-man but take what you can get. Barring Locations messing it up, making a big enough stack for X to win one lane is preferred, then let Odin or Hulk take another
