If Sera starts in your hand, then pass on your first four turns, and then play her on turn five. This both allows you to keep your deck hidden AND it allows you to see exactly what your opponent is doing and which lanes they're concentrating their cards in. Concentrate on 2 lanes to get the most out of your cards.
Alternatively, if Sera does not start in your hand, you can Sunspot on turn one, Okoye on turn two, then pass your turn three. If still no Sera, you can drop your Bishop or Angela on turn four and still build up a couple 20 power lanes.
