Spectrum to buff almost everywhere.

Initial 1 drops are to pester the enemy deck with the current Featured Location + for Kazar buff. 

Armor:  primarily to counter Nova/Carnage decks

Cosmo: to counter featured location & potential 6 drop  on reveal cards.
