Goal of the deck was to explore abusing Wave and Taskmaster to get more big cards on the board on turns 4-6. Deck probably isn't optimal but it's built to have a lot of flexibility depending on hand draw order.
Basic strategy is Wave->Magneto->Taskmaster->Chavez for Turns 3-6. You'll always get Chavez on turn 6 so the important part to this is more on the getting Wave by turn 3 with Magneto in hand (or chancing it coming next). Even if you don't get Taskmaster for turn 5 you'll still manage to get both Magneto and Chavez on the board. Fun part of this is that Magneto often can screw up one of their lanes a little.
There's some flexibility to alternate paths if you don't get Wave/Magneto such as Jubilee on 4 for a likely Chavez then skip turn 5 to drop Infinaut on 6.
Sunspot is good if you get him T1 just so you can afford to skip turns if need be and Armor is there to help protect him so you can safely drop Killmonger to kill their 1 costs or just clear some crap off the board. Okoye is just always good right now and will buff Chavez for sure.
Dracula can be fun to try and grab the 20 from an unplayed Infinaut even if its sometimes a long shot. He could be replaced with other 4 drops meant to counter opponents instead like Shang Chi, Enchantress or even Typhiod Mary (to clone with Taskmaster).
Fun deck that's not very meta so hard for opponent to read and always nice to rub Wave in the face of everyone who didn't buy last season pass.
Rhino is just there to ruin a location if its a problem one.
Note: Despite what the wording would suggest, Taskmaster will copy Jubilee's power instead of the power of a card she plays which is a real bummer.
