Another option is to replace Forge and Medusa with Luke Cage and Hazmat. Its good if you face a lot of opponents that fill the board, but it is more tricky.

The concept is, that Storm closes off a location early. In turn 5 or 6 you take that location for you, using Doombots and Tiger.

Track which cards remain in your deck to effectively use Jubilee.
