The Cable Collector

After playing with a fairly powerful Devil Dino deck (using The Collector to take boosts as I pulled cards into my hand from outside of my own deck) I got thinking I should document this and try to target that schema.

Try to get The Collector (127) onto the playing field as soon as possible. It doesn't hurt to place him on a location that duplicates him elsewhere.
