Missing Collection Feature

When I get 500 credits together I often have more than 30 cards I can potentially upgrade.  When this happens I'm scrolling through hundreds of cards to see the 30 cards I can possibly upgrade. This feels bad as a player.

The collection search and filters interaface should have two options on it.
* filter for cards that you have the boosters to upgrade (regardless of if you have the credits or not)
* filter for cards that you have the boosters and credits to upgrade.

There is space in the UI under the buttons to show unowned and show all variants of cards and above the buttosn to clear filters and finish.
