Amazon background check?

Amazon denied my job application because of my past. They said that I have too many criminal records that affect my image. I don’t fit their needs. The problem is that I have no criminal records, I’m new in US and even in my country I was never convicted. I think that Amazon did it deliberately, put those records in my report.
